Its not a confirm pass.
Gavin said if its based on my capibility, I'll pass for sure.
But the HQ has this mentality as to if you don't go for Advance NCO, no SGT for you.
So, I still have no confirmation to my pass.
But I know if I don't pass, I'll cry like hell, because I'm useless.
